Private yoga sessions are a great way to have a customized yoga practice to suit your individual needs. Through incorporating different techniques such as breathwork, postures, relaxation and meditation, you will rediscover how to truly move from your center, giving you a more balanced and grounded approach to life. This newfound freedom in your body and your mind will leave you feeling calm and focused.

Whether you'd like to learn the basics, work on your handstand, or just re-learn how to breathe and relax, each session will be tailored to match your personal goals. Private sessions can also incorporate Pranassage, a unique fusion of yoga and bodywork designed to produce deep relaxation.
