Pranassage is a powerful synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep mental and physical relaxation. In this relaxed state, the practitioner physically moves the receiver's body into a flow of positions, allowing each position to be felt in an effortless way.
How Does Pranassage Work
Pranassage works to release the flow of blocked energy, and allows the receiver to fully experience what it means to let go, to "let gravity do all the work". Your only role in your Pranassage session is to let go and allow yourself to relax deeply.
Pranassage creates mobility around the joints, releases muscle tension, and calms the nervous system. Truly working on a multi-dimensional level, it restores the body, mind and spirit.
Booking a Session
Pranassage is offered one-on-one and can be scheduled as either a 60 or 90 minute session. It can also be incorporated as part of any private yoga session.
You should wear loose-fitting and stretchy clothing to facilitate the flow of movement; long pants are encouraged.
